يوافق العميل على إبلاغ “ألو تكست دوت كوم” عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به لمعروفين أو المشتبه فيهم لحساب المستخدم الخاص به، أو أي خرق أو مشتبه فيه للأمن، بما في ذلك فقدان أو سرقة أو الكشف غير المصرح عنه لاسم المستخدم أو كلمة السر الخاصة به. يعتبر العميل مسؤولا عن المحافظة على سرية كلمة السر الخاصة به. علماً بأن أي نشاط احتيالي أو مسيئ أو غير قانوني أو غير ذلك قد يسبب ايقاف حساب المستخدم الخاص بالعميل.

• إرسال الرسائل التسويقية غير المرغوب فيها (أي رسائل غير مرغوب فيها)؛

إنهاء الاتفاق / سياسة اعادة المال:
يحق لـ ألو تكست دوت كوم” باتهاء هذه الاتفاقية في حال تبين أن العميل قد قام بالاخلال بأي بند من بنود هذه الاتفاقية، وهنا لن يتم تعويضه عن أية مبالغ مادية قام بدفعها، أو أية خسائر أخرى ذات الصلة.
